Store Design and Visual Merchandising We help clients create a great first and lasting impression on the customers by creating the ideal visual impact for the place, store and merchandise. We analyse the retailer’s current displays and their impact on consumer behaviour. Based on the insights gained we arrive at an appropriate display design concept and implement the same. We then conduct regular store audits and train the staff on the implementation and maintenance of the visual merchandise. For the purpose of reference and continuous implementation we also design and develop store visual merchandising guidelines for the staff. We also introduce simple tools and techniques that help increase footfall, store conversion and push dead stocks. |
